Inspired by Piet Mondrian’s geometric art, the design embraces pure geometry in its forms and shapes, creating a harmonious balance of structure and simplicity.

Drop-Off Waiting Lobby: An impressive and welcoming space, featuring a striking bronze ripple glass backdrop that highlights the main tower signage. Positioned next to the lift lobby entrance, it serves as a bold statement piece, enhancing the overall space.

The semi-shaded open drop-off waiting lobby is enhanced by a continuous, tranquil water feature that flows seamlessly from Tower B to Tower C’s lift lobby entrance. Inspired by Mondrian’s geometric style, a series of pendant lights are thoughtfully designed to reflect along the water, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The spacious waiting lounge, positioned between the two tower lobbies, is furnished with sleek, modern pieces that elevate comfort and style. Concealed LED light strips integrated into stainless-steel bronze detailing accentuate the textured spray tile walls.
 
Sky Lounge: The design intent is seamlessly carried through from the ground-floor lobby, maintaining a cohesive tone with matching pendant lighting and material finishes. A 4.5-meter-long dining table anchors the sky dining lounge, providing an elegant setting for private events and festive celebrations. Complementing this space is a modern, clean, and fully equipped kitchen pantry, ready to accommodate any dining occasion.

WiFi-Reading Room: Mondrian’s artistic elements are integrated into the private discussion and study rooms, enhanced by yellow, orange, and red film accents that evoke energy, optimism, and creativity. Designed as a versatile space for co-working, group study, and reading, the room offers a variety of seating options to accommodate different user needs, ensuring both comfort and functionality.

Kids Play & Learning Room: A dual-purpose activity space seamlessly connects with the parent meeting room, fostering interaction and supervision. Basic colors and geometric shapes are thoughtfully applied to the walls and furniture, creating a playful and engaging environment. Custom-designed hexagon tables offer flexible arrangements to accommodate private events, while uniquely designed ottomans provide comfortable seating in the TV and play zones. A simple pantry setup is also included, perfect for hosting small events.

The centrally linked room functions as an indoor playground, seamlessly extending into the parent waiting lounge, which is accessible through a sliding door for easy supervision. Mondrian’s design elements are thoughtfully integrated into the ceiling profile, featuring grooved and recessed details that add depth, dimension, and character to the space.
